Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Valid California RN license
  • Proven experience in Labor & Delivery nursing
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Nice to Have Skills:

  • BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
  • Experience with high-risk pregnancies
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse populations

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher
  • Minimum of 2 years of L&D experience

Other Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to adapt to changing patient needs
