Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid California RN license
- Proven experience in Labor & Delivery nursing
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Nice to Have Skills:
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
- Experience with high-risk pregnancies
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse populations
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- Minimum of 2 years of L&D experience
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to adapt to changing patient needs
- Travel flexibility if required by the facility
