Key Skills & Qualifications:

Valid California RN license
Proven experience in Labor & Delivery nursing
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and empathy for patients and families

Nice to Have Skills:

BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
Experience with high-risk pregnancies
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse populations

Preferred Education & Experience:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher
Minimum of 2 years of L&D experience

Other Requirements:

Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays
Ability to adapt to changing patient needs
Travel flexibility if required by the facility
