Join our dynamic team at Betsy Ross Nursing Facility and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients! We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, high-quality care during day shifts in our fast-paced, 120-bed facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse looking to contribute to a thriving healthcare environment with potential for long-term renewal.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of inpatient rehab experience
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to manage complex patient needs effectively

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in inpatient rehab or similar settings
Certification in rehabilitation nursing or relevant specialties
Leadership or mentoring skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Prior experience working in a 120-bed inpatient facility
Demonstrated ability to handle acute care responsibilities confidently

Other Requirements:

Availability to work day shifts
Commitment to patient-centered care and professionalism
