Job Title: RN LTC Weekend Warrior

Overview:

This role offers a flexible schedule that allows you to work intensively on weekends while maintaining the balance of your personal life.

Required Skills:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or similar setting
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of LTC protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with resident assessments and care planning
• Certifications such as CPR and First Aid
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Active RN license in Plymouth, WI
• Prior experience in LTC facilities or similar healthcare environments

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work Fridays from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM
• Commitment to delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced setting
