Required Skills:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in Iowa
• Experience in long-term care or similar settings
• Strong patient assessment skills
• Ability to work independently during night hours
• Good communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous night shift experience
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR)

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Current RN license
• Prior LTC experience preferred

Other Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working in a residential care setting
• Reliable transportation and ability to work overnight hours
