Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) specializing in Rehabilitation in Farmington, CT. We are seeking dedicated professionals with a passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence. This is a contract position with a focus on adult patient populations, including respiratory, cardiac, and orthopedic cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory therapy services to adult patients, including those in the ICU, ED, and various floors.
• Float between departments as needed, including potential assignments in ER, ICU, MS, TELE, DOC, PSYCH, and NICU.
• Participate in mandatory overtime and be part of the unit's rotation pool to ensure adequate coverage.

Requirements:

• Active RRT certification through NBRC or an equivalent certifying body.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• State of Connecticut RRT license; NRP certification is highly desired.
• EPIC experience is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Travel experience is required.

Locals (within 75 miles) are accepted at a lower bill rate. All time off must be submitted at the time of application. Candidates will be reviewed by the manager for interviews and offers.
