Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality home health therapy and rehabilitation services.
• Manage a caseload of 5-6 patients per day, adhering to a 1:1 ratio.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid California Occupational Therapist license.
• 1 year of home health experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Must have reliable transportation; expect a maximum driving radius of 50+ miles.

• Compliance takes about 2 weeks; first-timers are accepted.
• No on-call requirements.
