Join our team as a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical/Surgical at a leading healthcare facility in Duluth, GA. We are seeking dedicated professionals with a passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while providing high-quality care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med Surg unit.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment options.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within the Med Surg specialty.
- Current AHA BLS certification is required.
- ACLS certification is preferred.
Holiday Expectations:
- MUST work 2 major holidays of the 3: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day.
- AND 1 minor holiday: The Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve.
