Join a leading acute-care hospital as an ICU Registered Nurse in Edmonds, WA. We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide exceptional care in our General ICU, which handles a variety of critical conditions including sepsis, post-cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, and more. This is a contract position with a night shift schedule of 3x12 hours.

As an ICU RN, you will be responsible for monitoring patients using Spacelabs telemetry monitors and Lifepack defibrillators, and managing transport monitors. You will work with advanced medical equipment such as IABP, PA catheters, and ventilators. Your expertise will play a crucial role in the care of patients experiencing multi-system organ failure, severe DKA, GI bleeds, strokes, and other critical health issues.

To qualify for this position, candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience. First-time travelers are welcome to apply. Please note that all previous permanent employees of any Providence-affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for a travel position. Additionally, all Swedish facilities honor active compact licenses.

Preferred certifications include ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC, but are not mandatory. Flexibility to float as needed is required.
