We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Mission Viejo, CA, for a contract position in the Cardiac Cath Lab. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.
As a Cath Lab RN, you will be responsible for performing various duties, including assisting with cardiac procedures, monitoring patients, and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process. You must be open to working weekends and may be required to float to other units as needed.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in cardiac catheterization procedures
- Monitor patients pre, during, and post-procedure
- Ensure patient safety and comfort
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide optimal care
**Requirements:**
- Current RN license in California
- Experience in a Cath Lab setting preferred
- Ability to work 3 out of 5 major holidays
- Call required
- Scheduling preferences can be considered but are not guaranteed
