Join our team as a Case Manager Registered Nurse in Los Angeles, CA! This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RN to make a significant impact in patient care. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a strong background in acute care hospital case management, particularly in care coordination and discharge planning.
Job Description:
- Floating Expectation: No
- Ratios: 1:20
- Years of Experience Required: 2 years of acute care hospital case management experience
- First-Timers Accepted: Yes - Clinical will screen first-time travelers
- Weekend Requirement: Weekend rotation + meet department needs
- CA State License: Yes
- Pending License Accepted: Yes, but must be licensed upon start date
- RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days
