Join a leading acute-care hospital in Seattle, WA as a Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse. Position Overview: As an RN in the MS/Tele float pool, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in various acute care and telemetry units. This role requires proficiency in the interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, as well as experience with orthopedic and neurological patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in Med Surg and Telemetry settings.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, managing dysrhythmias effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Epic charting.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Washington State.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in Med Surg and Telemetry.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NIH.
• Ability to work all scheduled shifts; flexibility is required.
• Must pass a fill-in-the-blank tele test at orientation.
• Travel pairs are not preferred.

• Total Staffed Beds: 500.
• Daily onsite parking available ($15 Days M-F, $4 Sat/Sun, $5 Evenings, $4 Nights).
