Join our team as a MICU Registered Nurse at a leading acute-care hospital in Rochester, NY. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) with a focus on providing high-quality care to critically ill patients. **MUST HAVE NY LICENSE IN HAND**

Shift: 3x12 Nights (19:00 - 07:00)

Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend

Local Candidates: Not accepted; must be over 75-mile radius

First-Time Travelers: Accepted

Charting: EPIC experience is required.

This unit consists of 16 beds and cares for patients with conditions such as sepsis, ARDS, renal failure, heart failure, pre-VAD workups, alcohol withdrawal, overdose, multi-organ failure, post-cardiac arrest/targeted temperature management, respiratory failure/shock, CRRT, EKOS, IABP, ECMO, and Impella. The nurse-to-patient ratio is typically 1:2, with occasional 1:1 based on acuity.
