**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med Surg and Telemetry units.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Epic charting.

**Requirements:**

• 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Travel experience is preferred.
• Ability to float to units of equal acuity as needed.
• Patient Ratios: 1:6.

**Additional Information:**

This position requires flexibility as the facility does not contract travelers residing in the following counties: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris.
