Join our team as a CT Tech specializing in Radiology/Cardiology at a leading acute-care hospital in Springfield, IL. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a Magnet-designated facility known for its commitment to excellence in patient care.

Position Details:

• Shift: 3rd shift/nights, 3 12-hour shifts (18:30 - 07:00), weekends as needed, no call required.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience required; first-timers accepted.
• Certifications Required: ARRT, ARRT-CT, BLS, and active IL state license (or in application process).
• Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen-week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours.
• Work Setting Experience: Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, ICU, Emergency Department, Level I Trauma.

Required Skills and Experience:

• CT skills for Abdomen and Pelvis (with and without contrast)
• Chest CT skills (with and without contrast, Vascular chest)
• Head and Neck CT skills (Carotid, Trauma head, etc.)
• Image Display and Post Processing skills (3D rendering, Multiplanar reconstruction)
• Professional knowledge in Isolation Precautions, Radiation Safety, and IV administration.
• Special Procedure Skills: Coronary CTA.
• Spine and Musculoskeletal CT skills (Cervical, Lumbar, etc.)
