Join a leading healthcare provider as a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) in Farmington, NM, at a reputable inpatient rehabilitation facility. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on patients' recovery journeys while working in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehab setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises and activities.

Requirements:

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting preferred.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional early start times and one Saturday a month.
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR is a plus.
• Dress code: Grey scrub top and black scrub bottoms.

This position does not require floating to other units and is based at a facility with 16 beds. Parking is available onsite for your convenience.
