Join a leading acute-care hospital in Brevard, NC, as a Travel Rad Tech/CT. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic Radiology department with a dedicated team of professionals. You will be responsible for performing routine CT & CTA exams, along with a full range of trauma radiology, fluoroscopy, and C-Arm cases.

Unit Information:

Imaging Rooms: 1 CT, 1 Trauma x-ray, 1 FL/x-ray, 2 Portable
Number of Staff: 22
Type of Staff:
- Day Shift: 1 Lead Technologist, 3 - 4 Multi-Modality Technologists (CT and x-ray)
- Night Shift: 1 Multi-Modality Technologist (CT and x-ray)
- Weekend Shifts: 1 Multi-Modality Technologist (CT and x-ray)
Type of Equipment: All GE (all Digital Radiology)
EMR: Cerner/PowerChart, PACS Phillips Intellispace

Skill Set:

Must Have: Experience performing routine CT & CTA exams; Experience with GE x-ray units and CT scanners
Preferred: Prior history of Radiology travel assignments; Working knowledge of Cerner & Phillips PACS software applications

Best Personality Fit: Friendly, considerate team player with the ability to work independently as needed; Compassionate and considerate to the needs of patients and co-workers.

Required Certifications:

R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT)
BLS

Floating Areas: CT, x-ray, Fluoroscopy

Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Navy Blue
