Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical-Surgical at a leading healthcare facility in Parkersburg, WV. We are seeking dedicated and skilled professionals to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

As an RN in the Med Surg unit, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients with various medical conditions, including COPD, pneumonia, abdominal pain, and surgical overflow. Experience with strokes and NIHSS certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a 35-bed unit with an average daily census of 26-28.
• Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5-6.
• Utilize EPIC for electronic health record management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in travel nursing, particularly post-TPA care.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations.

All submissions must include an unexpired copy of the candidate's driver's license.
