Join a leading healthcare facility as a Physical Therapist specializing in Rehabilitation in Cumming, GA. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to provide exceptional outpatient rehab services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialty.
• Current Georgia PT License.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Pelvic PT certification (Herman & Wallace Level 1 or APTA Pelvic Health) preferred, or strong orthopedic PT with post-op, spine, lower extremity, and sports experience (no new grads).
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.

Holiday Expectations:

• MUST work 2 major holidays of the 3: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day.
• AND 1 minor holiday: The Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve.
