We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Denton, TX. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within the Emergency Department (ER).

As an ER RN, you will be part of a 41-bed unit, managing approximately 135 patients a day with a 4:1 patient ratio. Your expertise will be crucial in providing care to a diverse patient population, including those with stroke, ACS, diabetes, and AKD. The facility is actively pursuing Level 3 trauma accreditation and is recognized as a Primary Stroke Center with a Chest Pain Center and 24/7 Cath Lab.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to emergency patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in trauma care and emergency interventions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Texas.
• TNCC, BLS, ALS, PALS, or ENPC certification required.
• Trauma experience highly preferred.
• CPI certification upon extension.
