Join a dedicated team as a Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) in a leading healthcare facility located in Raton, NM. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a 25 Bed LTC setting, providing essential care in a very rural location. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN who is flexible in scheduling and ready to make a difference in the lives of our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a Long Term Care/Intermediate Care setting.
• Utilize PointClick Care for documentation and patient management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in a rotating schedule with both day and night shifts available.

**Requirements:**

• Must have at least 1 year of nursing experience.
• BLS certification is required.
• Willingness to work weekends is necessary.
• First-timers are accepted.
• Local candidates are welcome; however, a 100-mile radius rule applies.
