Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse in Greensboro, NC! This exciting travel nursing position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a diverse patient population. We are looking for dedicated RNs who are ready to make a difference in patient care.

**Position Overview:**

You will primarily care for medical-surgical patients, but this role requires EKG capability due to the tele unit's requirements. The shift is a Night 3x12-Hour schedule (19:00 - 07:30), with a commitment to work 2 out of 4 holidays. Floating across all facilities may be required, and a minimum of 2 years of experience is essential. First-time travelers are welcome!

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide care for observation patients, respiratory conditions, general medical-surgical diagnoses, palliative care, end-of-life care, hospice patients, psychiatric observation, and diabetic patients.
• Perform EKG exams during onboarding and pass the required EKG exam.
• Utilize EPIC for patient documentation and management.
• Charge RN experience is preferred but not mandatory.

**Requirements:**

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to float across various units and facilities as needed.
