Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). We are seeking dedicated RNs who are ready to make a difference in the lives of patients in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced nurses looking to expand their skills and work in a critical care setting.

As a Registered Nurse in the ICU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your experience in a Medical ICU and your ability to handle complex cases will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.

Requirements:

• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• CPR-AHA and ACLS-AHA certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in a Medical ICU.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night).
• Willingness to adhere to the facility's policies regarding time off requests.

Orientation is held weekly on Mondays, barring holidays. Please note that parking can cost up to $43/day in some cases. We are currently addressing winter staffing needs, and travelers do not need a separation period from previous employers to submit for open orders. Local candidates are welcome, with adjusted rates.
