A leading acute-care hospital is seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery (L&D) RN for NOC shifts with call. This is a fantastic opportunity for RNs with a passion for OB/GYN to join a supportive team in Anaconda, MT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum settings.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in call shifts as scheduled, with 6-8 call shifts per 6-week period.
• Occasionally cover day shifts as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in OB and Labor & Delivery.
• Current Montana RN license or qualifying compact license.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and intermediate AWHONN certifications are required.

Schedule Details:

• 36-48 hours per week, primarily scheduled nights.
• Hours will not exceed 4 shifts per week unless mutually agreed upon with the OB Manager.
• No guaranteed block scheduling or consistent weekends off.
