We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Department (ED) RN to join our team in Kremmling, CO. This role involves providing exceptional care in a Critical Access Hospital setting, covering the Emergency Department during night shifts. Nestled near world-class ski areas and just 90 minutes from Denver via I-70, this location offers both adventure and tranquility.

The Registered Nurse in this position will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating patient care from admission to discharge in the Emergency Department, while adhering to accepted standards and protocols. The ideal candidate will have experience in Critical Access Hospital settings and will be committed to achieving positive patient outcomes through the implementation of clinical pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Emergency Department.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement clinical pathways to achieve desired patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.

Certifications Required:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) or equivalent
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)

Housing: Shared housing may be available within 30 miles based on capacity, with an inclusive rate reduction. Please note that smoking, pets, and families/partners are not permitted in the housing.

Time Off: All requests for time off must be disclosed during the interview process. Holidays and on-call shifts will be required.
