We are seeking a dedicated House Supervisor Registered Nurse to join our team in Chewelah, WA. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a critical access facility with a total of 23 staff beds. As a House Supervisor RN, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality patient care and effective management of nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care across departments.
• Provide leadership and support to nursing teams during night shifts.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Act as a resource for nursing staff and assist with patient care as needed.

Requirements:

• Charge and Emergency Room (ER) experience required.
• Advanced Life Support (ALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
• Strong supervisory experience in a charge nurse role.
• Availability to work rotating weekends.

This position does not require on-call duties or block scheduling. The facility utilizes Epic for charting, and there is no parking fee for staff.
