Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) in Santa Rosa, CA. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional with a passion for maternal and newborn care. We are looking for an experienced RN with labor and post-partum experience to provide exceptional care in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to patients during labor and delivery.
- Monitor fetal and maternal health throughout the labor process.
- Assist in post-partum care and education for new mothers.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of labor and delivery experience required.
- Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP.
- Preferred: AWHONN Advanced.
- Must be willing to float between like units.
- RTO must be included at the time of submission.
