Join our team as a Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse in Olympia, WA, at a leading acute-care hospital. We are seeking dedicated RNs with experience in MS/Tele Float and cardiac step-down units. While charge experience is ideal, it is not a strict requirement. This position involves working with a diverse patient population, including ER boarded patients, telemetry, and med-surg cases. Our nursing team is flexible and floats to meet the institution's needs.

The nurse-to-patient ratio varies from 1:4 to 1:6, depending on unit acuity. It is important to note that candidates must have experience working in the US; Canadian experience alone will not qualify. Please consult with the manager before offering any 48-hour/week contracts. Some charge responsibilities may be required, particularly in smaller units where the sole RN functions as the Charge Nurse. In these cases, the RN will manage staffing needs, bed flow, and general coordination, but this is not the same as leading a full-size unit.
