Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Neuro ICU Registered Nurse in Dothan, AL. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment caring for neurocritical care patients, including those with ischemic or hemorrhagic strokes, traumatic brain injuries, and other neurological diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neurocritical care patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize specialized equipment, including intracranial pressure monitors and external ventricular drains.
• Float to CCU as needed.

Requirements:

• 1 year of Neuro ICU experience required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• AL or Compact License required.
• No locals - 90-mile radius restriction applies.
• First-time travelers are welcome!
