As a Case Management RN, you will work collaboratively with the RN Case Management team, utilizing your strong communication skills and documentation abilities to provide exceptional patient care. You will be part of a supportive leadership environment that values teamwork and dedication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the RN Case Management team.
- Demonstrate strong documentation skills.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families.
- Shift attention between tasks as needed.
- Build trust with team members, patients, and families.
Unit Specifics:
- Number of Beds: 815
- Patient Ratios: 1:40
- Documentation System: CERNER, NATE, ENSOCARE (post-acute systems)
- Self-Scheduling Available
- Floating Policy: As Needed
This facility is the region's referral center for the only Level II trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, and Level III neonatal intensive care unit. It also serves as the busiest robotic surgery program in the Carolinas and provides the only open heart and interventional cardiology in the region.
