Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) in the ICU unit in Roswell, NM. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced RNs looking to expand their skills in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU, with a mix of Stepdown and Medical-Surgical overflow.
• Float to Stepdown and Medical-Surgical departments as required.
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:2 in the ICU and 1:3-4 for stepdown patients.
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed, although call is rarely required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Ability to float to Stepdown and Medical-Surgical units.
• Willingness to work holidays, including at least one Winter holiday.
• Maximum RTO (Requested Time Off): 1 week.

Additional Information:

• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
• Blocked scheduling may be requested, including every other weekend (EOW).
• Scrub color: Royal Blue.
• EMR system used: Cerner.
• Unit capacity: 16 beds.
