Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel RN in the ICU department located in Millcreek, UT. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on critical care nursing.

Unit Overview:

• Number of Beds: 24
• Number of Staff: 46
• Patient Ratios: 1:2 (1:3 for PCU boarders, 1:1 for sitters or higher acuity - IABP, CRRT, open hearts)
• Documentation System: EPIC
• Scheduling Requirements: Straight nights or 50/50
• Floating Policy: PCU or as a sitter anywhere in the hospital inpatient

Typical Hiring Profile:

• Experience: Must have 2 years of ICU experience; will consider 1 year of strong experience
• Typical Procedures: Rapid Sequence Intubations, Central line placements, experience with ventilators, vasopressors, restraint use, arterial lines, and other ICU skills.
• Best Personality Fit: Outgoing, team player

Required Certifications:

• ACLS

Dress Code:

• Scrub Color/Attire: Caribbean Blue

Weekend and On-Call Requirements:

• 3 weekend shifts within a 4-week period
