Join our team as a PCU Registered Nurse in Honesdale, PA, and make a difference in patient care! We are seeking dedicated RNs for a contract role in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Step Down. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where you can utilize your skills and expertise.

As a PCU Registered Nurse, you will float between the PCU and MedSurg departments, providing care to patients with varying needs. Your schedule will consist of three 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with no block scheduling and no call requirements. You will be expected to work every other weekend and holiday.

The facility features 25 beds on each floor, with patient ratios of 5:1 in the PCU and 7:1 in MedSurg. To qualify for this role, candidates must possess current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. Familiarity with the Meditech EMR system is also required.
