Join our team as a Travel RN specializing in the Operating Room (OR) at a leading acute-care hospital in Ottumwa, IA. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while providing high-quality care to patients. Our facility is known for its commitment to excellence and has been serving the community for over 125 years.

Position Information:

• Role: RN
• Shift: Days (06:30-16:00)
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40
• Call Requirements: Self-scheduling; 1 weekday every week and 1 weekend within 4 weeks

Onboarding Requirements:

• MUST have Iowa SING BG to clear (Criminal portion and Child Abuse portion required) - NO EXCEPTIONS
• All BG checks (counties and states) must be fully cleared prior to start - NO INSTANT OR STATEWIDE SEARCHES ACCEPTED
• Mandatory reporter certification required (Child and Adult)
• Drug Test MUST be 10 panel screening including opiates
• Titers must be within the last 12 months (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB)
• Monday or Tuesday start dates allowed

Unit Information:

• Patient Ratios: 30-35 cases a week
• Equipment: DaVinci X Robot, Stryker
• EHR: Meditech

Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS

Experience: 1-2 years in an acute care facility; C-Section experience needed. Robot experience preferred.
