Join our team as a Pediatrics Registered Nurse in Boston, MA, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of children and their families. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN with a specialty in pediatrics to provide exceptional care in a supportive environment.
This role primarily involves day or early evening 10-hour shifts with rotating start times at 08:00, 09:00, 10:00, or 11:00, Monday through Friday. There are no holiday or on-call requirements, and while weekends are not mandatory, they can be accommodated to meet your time-off requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to pediatric patients in a compassionate and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
- Prior PACU or PICU experience required.
- First-timers accepted.
- Certifications Required: PALS, BLS.
- Local candidates accepted; rate differential available within 50 miles of the facility.
