Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel CT Technologist in Santa Fe, NM. This contract position offers the opportunity to work night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, providing essential imaging services to patients. The role requires flexibility to work at different campuses and participate in ongoing education and safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide variety of routine and advanced imaging procedures.
- Support other imaging technologists as needed and facilitate smooth patient flow.
- Troubleshoot basic maintenance and resolve issues related to image processing and archiving systems.
- Participate in ongoing education, safety, and technical advances within the scope of licensure.
- Adhere to expected imaging competencies as outlined by management.
Job Requirements:
- Education/Skills: Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year of CT experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred; basic computer experience required.
- Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:
- Radiography (R) by ARRT or Nuclear Medicine Technology by ARRT/NMTCB or Computed Tomography (CT) by ARRT/NMTCB required.
- State Licensure required: New Mexico CT or FUS by MIRTP NMED.
- BLS certification via AHA required.
This position requires weekend and on-call availability, as well as the ability to float to different locations as necessary. The CT Technologist will maintain compliance with all policies and procedures, ensuring exceptional patient care and confidentiality.
