We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist for a contract position in San Antonio, TX. This role is within a leading healthcare facility known for its commitment to patient care and rehabilitation services. Unit Information:
- Number of Beds: 299 Acute Beds
- Number of Staff: FT PT 10, Part Time PT - 1, FT PTA - 2, PRN PT - 16
- Patient Ratios: FT PT - caseload is 8 patients
- EMR: Meditech
Typical Hiring Profile:
- Must Have: Current Texas PT license, current BLS, Acute Care experience
- Preferred: ICU experience, Vestibular experience
Typical Procedures Performed:
- Evaluations
- Treatments
Best Personality Fit: Flexible, Patient, team player, self-starter
Required Certifications:
- BLS
- Current Texas PT license
Floating Areas: Will float to all areas of the hospital including ER, Surgical, Pre/Post OP, Medical, Telemetry, Neuro-Medical, Stepdown, Medical ICU, Neuro ICU, Cardiac ICU.
Dress Code: Scrubs - Black pants, Olive top
