Join a leading healthcare organization as a Case Manager - Registered Nurse in Fort Myers, FL. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in the Emergency Department focusing on a readmission initiative. We value a collaborative culture where travelers are welcomed and expected to function as core staff.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of case management experience, with a strong background in acute care. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Candidates must possess a Florida/Compact nursing license, and a recent Nursys report must be included in your profile. If your degree accreditation is not on your profile, you must have 5 years of experience to qualify.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing patient care and coordinating services for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Participating in readmission initiatives and improving patient care processes.

Prior travel experience is required, and candidates should be prepared to float to other sister campuses as needed. Please note that all requested time off (RTO) must be included at the time of submission, as approvals will not be granted after submission. A hard document deadline is set for the Monday prior to the start date, with no exceptions for pending documents.
