As an RN in Case Management, you will work collaboratively with the RN Case Management team, utilizing your exceptional documentation and communication skills. The ability to shift attention between tasks and build trust with patients, families, and your team is essential. You will be part of a supportive leadership environment that fosters great teamwork.

**Unit Specifics:**

• Number of Beds: 815
• Patient Ratios: 1:40
• Documentation System: CERNER, NATE, ENSOCARE (post-acute systems)

**Scheduling Requirements:** Self-Schedule with a floating policy as needed. The position requires 3 weekend shifts per 6-week calendar.

**Dress Code:** Business Attire is required.
