Join a leading healthcare provider as a Long-Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse in Beaver Dam, WI. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a focus on patient-centered care.

As an LTC Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. Your role will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Conducting assessments and monitoring patient conditions.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Utilizing Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR) and AIDET communication techniques.
• Performing hourly rounding to ensure patient satisfaction and safety.

Requirements for this position include:

• Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
• BLS certification (AHA only).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care.
• Ability to work evening shifts with every other weekend rotation and some holidays.

This position features a nurse-to-resident ratio of 1:20, with 1 RN per hall and a med tech per hall, ensuring that you can provide the best care possible.
