Registered Nurse

Overview

Location: Beaver Dam, Wisconsin
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Day, 8-hour shifts, 06:30–15:00
Schedule: Every other weekend rotation and some holidays
Unit staffing: 1 RN per hall; med tech per hall; CNA ratio 1:8–10 on days and 1:20 on nights
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
Long Term Care experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS issued by American Heart Association

Role Details

Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for all RN units
