We are seeking a dedicated Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a leading acute-care hospital in Los Angeles, CA. This is a contract position with a start date of 11/16/2026 and a duration of 20 weeks. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile vaginal exams and manage high-risk patients.
• Utilize advanced fetal monitoring techniques and recognize abnormal fetal heart rate patterns.
• Circulate for C-sections and provide care in the Triage, LDR, OR, NICU, and Post-Partum units.
• Collaborate with a team of 24 OB hospitalists and OB anesthesia providers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2.5 years of recent experience in Labor & Delivery.
• EPIC experience is required.
• Knowledge of the CMQCC Category II algorithm and advanced fetal monitoring experience.
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Advanced RTO.
• Must be willing to float if needed to Perinatal.
• Availability for 4 weekend shifts per month (Friday or Saturday) and on-call duty twice a month.
• No time off (RTO) during the first two weeks of the assignment; must work most holidays.
• Maximum of 3 days RTO allowed.
