We are seeking a dedicated and skilled MS/Tele Float Registered Nurse to join our team in Madison, WI. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing essential care in Med/Surg and Telemetry units.

As an RN in this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care during evening and night shifts, with a schedule of 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30. You will be required to work weekends and holidays as needed, depending on operational requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in various Med/Surg units, including cardiac, spine, and neuro.
• Utilizing Epic for patient documentation and communication.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring patient conditions and responding to changes in status.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Current Wisconsin RN or compact license is required.
• BLS certification from AHA is required.
• Experience in Med/Surg units is essential.
• Telemetry test must be passed prior to starting.
