Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Med Surg/Telemetry Float Registered Nurse in Madison, WI. **Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide nursing care in Med/Surg units, including cardiac, spine, and neuro.
• Utilize Epic for patient documentation and management.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including those related to weekends and holidays.

**Requirements:**

• Current WI RN license or compact license required.
• BLS certification from AHA required.
• Experience working in different Med/Surg units is essential.
• Traveler will be required to pass a Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start.
