Position Summary
The Asst Nurse Manager-RN is a registered nurse who, using critical thinking skills, coordinates the clinical activities within the NICU and collaborates with other members of the health care team. Directly and indirectly supervises the care rendered by Nursing and Respiratory Therapy in the NICU.l;}

Associate's Degree   

Experience:

2-3 yrs

Certifications:

REGISTERED NURSE
BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)   
NRP (AMERICAN ACADEMY OF PEDIATRICS)                                                                                                                      
AWHONN within 1 year of hire or transfer                                                         
STABLE PROGRAM within 1 year of hire or transfer
