Description

PS Companies is seeking an experienced Long Term Care RN for an opening based in Appleton, WI. This is a full time 13 week travel contract position.

Shift Requirements: 40 hrs guaranteed; 8hr/12hr PMs (must be flexible)

Patient Ratio: 1:10 in Rehab & 1:24 LTC/Assisted Living (with CNA assistance of 1:10 ratio)

Requirements include, but are not limited to:
Active WI or Compact RN License.
2+ years long term care experience
Travel experience
Epic experience
BLS (AHA) Certification
Ability to clear a drug screen/background check.
