Seven Healthcare is pleased to offer a travel opportunity for an RN – CVICU in Asheville, NC. This assignment consists of 12-hour night shifts, three days per week, totaling 36 hours, with a weekly pay of $2,230.

Key Responsibilities of the RN – CVICU:

Provide specialized critical care to patients recovering from cardiac and vascular surgeries
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, hemodynamics, and vital signs closely
Manage advanced life-support equipment including ventilators, arterial lines, and central lines
Administer medications, IV therapies, and cardiac drips as prescribed
Collaborate with cardiologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary care teams to manage complex cases
Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies
Maintain detailed patient documentation and update care plans accordingly
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or compact state license
Minimum 1–2 years of recent CVICU or cardiac ICU experience
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Experience with cardiac monitoring, ventilators, and critical care equipment
Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
