Seven Healthcare is excited to present a meaningful opportunity for a Travel Home Health RN in Chesapeake, VA. This assignment features a weekly blended rate of $2,000, based on five 8‑hour day shifts. Key Responsibilities of the Home Health RN

Complete in‑home assessments to evaluate patient condition and environment
Develop personalized care plans aligned with medical provider directives
Perform wound care, medication administration, injections, IV therapy, and monitoring
Teach patients and caregivers disease‑management strategies and safety protocols
Maintain detailed, timely documentation for all visits
Communicate with providers, therapists, and case managers to coordinate care
Prioritize caseloads efficiently and manage daily travel routes
Support continuity of care and safe transitions

Requirements of the Home Health RN

Active Virginia RN license (or compact eligibility)
Current BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of Home Health nursing experience
Reliable transportation for patient visits
