Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay: $2,125 weekly
Shifts: 3x12s Nights
Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in a high-acuity Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Charlotte, NC. This role requires a dedicated RN with strong Level 3 and/or Level 4 NICU experience, skilled in managing complex neonatal conditions in a dynamic teaching hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN – NICU
Provide specialized neonatal care for patients with respiratory, cardiac, neuro, and other complex conditions
Manage and monitor invasive lines, ventilators, and critical care drips
Utilize EPIC, Alaris, Medfusion pumps, and other advanced equipment
Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including intensivists, residents, and respiratory therapists
Perform bedside procedures and ensure high standards of aseptic and sterile techniques
Requirements of the RN – NICU
RN License in NC
BLS and NRP certifications
Minimum 2 years of Level 3/4 NICU experience
Experience with EPIC and critical care management
