Key Responsibilities of the RN Medsurg:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients

Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, including vital signs and lab results

Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions

Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety and infection-control standards

Requirements:

2 years of recent Medsurg RN experience

Active RN license (Colorado or compact eligible)

BLS and ACLS certifications required

Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills

Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
