Seven Healthcare is seeking a motivated Cath Lab Technologist to join a reputable facility in Poughkeepsie, New York for a travel assignment.
This assignment offers a competitive weekly pay of $4,300, based on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will support cath lab services on 4x12 day shifts, working 48 hours per week, with an ASAP start date. This role supports diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures in a high-acuity environment where precision, teamwork, and patient safety are essential.

Key Responsibilities of the Cath Lab Tech
• Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Prepare patients and equipment for procedures, maintaining sterile technique and safety protocols
• Operate imaging and procedural equipment and support hemodynamic monitoring as required
• Ensure accurate documentation of procedural details and patient responses
• Maintain equipment readiness, stock supplies, and support quality assurance processes
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and multidisciplinary cath lab teams to support efficient workflow
• Adhere to regulatory standards, radiation safety practices, and facility protocols
Requirements for a Cath Lab Tech
• Relevant certification/credential preferred (RCIS strongly preferred when applicable)
• New York licensure/registration as applicable
• Prior cath lab or interventional cardiology experience strongly preferred
• BLS required (ACLS may be preferred depending on facility)
